I am writing to thank you and your staff for your very efficient service.  I have been Coeliac for many years and spend most of my time at weekends trudging from store to store looking for good gluten free foods, which is not only frustrating, and time consuming but most times its also disappointing as the gluten free section seems to shrink daily.

You have a very comprehensive range of products and for the first time I am looking forward to a hassle free weekend with time for my family.  I know I can get my food made up for me through the NHS on prescription, but the choice is limited and not always palatable, whereas your products appear to be a lot of the brands I have found more appetizing.

I made my first order yesterday before 10am and incredibly my parcel arrived this morning via DHL before 9.30am – less than 24hours – everything was correct, and packed so well all items were undamaged in perfect condition – I have to admit to having tried several other internet suppliers and been disappointed as food has arrived damaged and the delivery has taken sometimes up to 5 days from submission of my order so well done and a BIG thank you.

I found your link on Coeliac UK and needless to say I shall be using your service again and passing your details on to my friends.

I’m writing to say thank you for your quick and efficient service. A personal phone call within hours of placing my order can’t be bad!  The goods came quickly and well packaged.

My son is really pleased with all his new found goodies (a difficult thing to do with a fairly new diagnosed coeliac teenager!!). It was also very kind of you to provide some freebie goodies of bread to help us while we eagerly await our fresh bread!! Thank you for such a kind gesture (my parents will be very grateful in our absence!!).

I would recommend others to give this shopping experience a go! I have never shopped for specialist food on the internet before; I normally hike from one supermarket to another…probably costing more in petrol than the normal postage charges for the goods from this site!!!!!!!!
