Simply Free cannot accept responsibility for any errors on the product listings, as manufacturers can change these at any time without warning. We therefore strongly advise you check all ingredients on any purchases to clarify safety for consumption which will therefore not give rise to allergic reactions / intolerances. Delivery Information Delivery Costs (UK & Europe) Simply Free do not make money on our delivery charges we just cover our Postage and Packaging costs. To England, Wales, Scotland Mainland European Delivery Costs We are now able to offer a delivery service to the following countries in Europe. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Jersey, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & The Netherlands. The cost for delivery to any of these countries is £16.50. All our delivery costs are based on one parcel up to 25kg. Any customs charges that maybe incurred at the time of entry into your country are liable by yourselves the shopper and not Simply Free. Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to offer free delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Isles and Isle of Man / Wight & Europe however we are working hard to make this happen. We are also unable at the present time to ship outside these areas. Therefore, we are unable to ship to Southern Ireland, and The Rest of The World. We are also unable to ship to BFPO addresses. We are working on this so if you would like to register your interest please email enquiries@simply-free.co.uk and we will email you when this service is available. If you have any problems please call the office on 01582 793822 How are your goods delivered? All items will be dispatched either by DHL / APC or UK Mail for a 48 hour working day delivery. We do not deliver on Saturdays. All deliveries may be delivered between 9am and 5pm. Please note for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles and Europe please allow an extra 48 hours. Please note for European deliveries depending on your country it may take up to 6 days to arrive which is why unfortunately we can not except any Genius Bread orders for customers outside of the UK. We can also not ship sauces / liquids in glass jars outside of the UK. How long will it take to arrive? After receiving your order we will email you to advise that your order has been received. All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched within 24 hours subject to availability. If goods are ordered after this time on a Friday / Weekend or Bank Holiday your order will be processed the next working day. We will then email you once your goods have been dispatched. If you have not received either a call or email from us within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us on 01582 793822. Please also inform us if you have not received your goods after 5 working days of your confirmation of dispatch email. PLEASE NOTE For all Genius bread orders we will email you with reference to delivery as all orders are baked fresh to order. How do I collect? If you have requested a collection order we will contact you in advance regarding the time you would like to collect your items from our offices at Unit 10 Redbourn Estate High Street Redbourn AL3 7LG. We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us and a replacement item or full refund to be given. Cancellations and returns: If you wish to cancel your order please advise us either before we dispatch your order or within 7 days of receiving your goods. Unless the goods are faulty you will be liable for all postage costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
